settled hopefully
after a blog post called head/pr, to a head/comms (open to interpretation), to head of communications (derived from previous), i'm now simply 'resource'. whatever pre- or suf- 'title' doesn't quite matter.. but the job description is more or less fine..
some houses have secretary and treasurer merged to form 2 available assignments..
though they aren't too finalised yet..

Now reading the work plan week things, i see head of manpower too!
now resource encapsulates things better. there's people/human/manpower, communications, data/information, and many forms of resource and coverage is quite extensive. so it gives more space and leaves it more open. and now it's in the biodata list. so that's quite settled for me, unless anyone objects?
